Ridgway Reboot

This is coming your way next weekend!  It’s not too late to register your interest in a stall here. The cut off day for this will be Monday so we’ve got time to prepare the spaces and work out where everything will go! 

If you've been thinking of having a stall but $$ has been a barrier, Tamara's family is kindly paying for a stall to be donated to the first Ridgway family who responds to this newsletter with "Yes please, I'll take a free stall".

Big shout out to our friends at Island Bay New World for donating some food for our (about to be) famous bacon butties and sausage sizzle. 

If you’re unable to have a stall but would like to contribute somehow, we would love donations of:

• Sandwich bread

• Tomato sauce

• Mustard

• Margarine 

• Serviettes

There is a box in the office where you can drop stuff off. We won’t need the bread until Friday, otherwise it might get a bit stale! 

Bake Sale today

Thanks to all the Year 5 & 6 parents who helped out with the Bake Sale and allowed their children to bake or baked for/with them!  It was a roaring success. Just over $800 was raised for the three chosen charities:  the SPCA, Wellington Free Ambulance and the Children’s Hospital.  Thank you all for supporting this child led initiative.

Brooklyn Twilight Festival - Saturday 15 November

Looking forward to seeing those tomorrow who are coming along to open the Twilight Festival. Just a reminder to meet at 2pm at the Scout Hall on Harrison Street.
